Need a new Disability Employment Services provider?

CoAct is a leading not-for-profit Disability Employment Services (DES) provider. It's easy to transfer to CoAct.

As a leading not-for-profit DES provider we’ve helped over 10,000 job seekers get work-ready through our tailored support. 

Transfer from your current DES provider to CoAct

  1. Call the National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260.
  2. Ask to be transferred to CoAct as your new Disability Employment Service provider.
  3. Accept your invitation to your first meeting with CoAct.

Transfer from Workforce Australia to Disability Employment Services (DES)

If you are a current Workforce Australia participant but could be eligible for Disability Employment Services, please contact our DES team on 1800 226 228. They will go through the eligibility checklist and discuss the process of transferring from Workforce Australia to the CoAct DES program.

How we help you achieve your employment goals

Disability Employment Services (also known as DES) helps people living with disability, mental health conditions, treated illness or injury find work and stay employed. It’s a government program and we’re one of Australia’s leading DES providers.  

Am I eligible for Disability Employment Services?

Each of our programs has different eligibility criteria. You may be eligible for Disability Employment Services (DES) if you are:
  • living with a disability, mental health condition, treated illness or injury that makes it difficult to find and keep a job. This includes living with anxiety or depression, neurodivergence including ADHD and autism, a physical or intellectual disability, learning difficulties, visual or hearing impairment.
  • an Australian citizen or hold a permanent resident, or on a Temporary Protection, Special Category or Safe Haven Visa.
  • aged between 14 and 67.
  • able to work at least 8 hours per week and no more than 30. 
  • are receiving an income support payment.
