We operate with leadership, collaboration, creativity, respect and integrity.

CoAct’s operating structure is built to meet all critical success factors of delivering government-funded employment services. CoAct is a Company Limited by Guarantee, owned by its members (service partners) and governed by a board of Independent Directors. Our board ensures that we deliver on our purpose while serving the interests of our members. The CEO is supported by the Executive Management Group (EMG).

Our board

The CoAct Board is composed of Independent Directors appointed by the Board. Our Directors are remunerated and serve a three-year term with a maximum tenure of nine years.

Customer Advisory Committee

The Customer Advisory Committee helps make CoAct’s Disability Employment Services (DES) better. The Committee was developed to make sure different people’s voices are heard when making decisions about policies and services.
