We understand that living with a disability, mental health condition, treated illness or injury can potentially make it difficult to find and keep a job and we’re committed to helping people with disability overcome barriers to work and achieve their employment goals. 

Access Inclusive Employment Australia

We provide job support via Inclusive Employment Australia (replacing Disability Employment Services 1st Nov 2025) for people with disability, injury, and illness. This includes people living with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, a physical or intellectual disability, learning difficulties, and visual and/or hearing impairment. 

We connect people living with disability with inclusive employers committed to building diverse workforces, with people of all backgrounds and abilities.

Find a job that works for you

• Have a disability, injury, or health condition – confirmed in a current Employment Services Assessment (ESAt).
• Can work less than 30 hours per week – now and in the future, even with support.
• Live in Australia – as a citizen, permanent resident, or eligible visa holder.
• Are the right age – at least 14 and younger than Age Pension age, and of legal working age in their state or territory.
• Are not studying full-time – unless Services Australia approved it at the time of referral.
• Have Inclusive Employment Australia recommended – in a current and valid ESAt.
• Are not already working above their employment benchmark – based on usual weekly hours.

• Reverse marketing, promoting each customer’s skills and attributes to their network of contacts, recruiters and employers to find a job that suits your individual needs.
• Access to Campus, CoAct Connect’s online customer portal packed with job search tools and resources.
• Assistance to access funding that can help prepare people with disability to get “job-ready” and start work with workwear, transport, tools, equipment, and updated skills and the confidence that comes with them.
• Ongoing support after employment.
