ASA is a professional data services company that wholeheartedly believes in the unique perspectives of neurodivergent individuals and their ability to drive Australia’s digital future. In operation since 2020, ASA is built on the vision of creating job opportunities for young neurodivergent adults in the digital economy.

CoAct is partnering with Motor Trades Association Queensland (MTAQ) to help foster inclusivity and increase workforce diversity.
University of Queensland
Dr Miriam Moeller and the research team at University of Queensland (UQ) are paving the way for neuroinclusion in the workplace. Their research aims to reduce the under-employment of autistic people by identifying the barriers and enablers to successful employment.
ICS Service Solutions
ICS Service Solutions, a leader in the cleaning industry, has partnered with CoAct to drive a transformative shift in their hiring practices. By working with CoAct’s Disability Employment Services (DES), ICS has successfully recruited over 50% of their workforce in Queensland from people living with disability.
Business Chamber Queensland – Workforce Evolve
The Workforce Evolve program, offered by Business Chamber Queensland and funded by the Workforce Connect Fund, helps businesses attract, hire, and retain talent in a tight labor market. Businesses who complete the program that require more targeted and tailored support to achieve their recruitment needs can be referred to CoAct.
