CoAct delivers government-funded employment services that can be accessed when you register with Centrelink, including personalised support through Workforce Australia, Workforce Australia – Transition to Work and Disability Employment Services (DES).

We’re a national network of not-for-profit community organisations that share the goal of supporting job seekers who are most in need. We help people find and keep a job that will suit their needs.

Our employment programs offer various types of assistance based on your individual requirements, and they all include the following steps to help you:

  1. Enhance your job-searching skills
  2. Discover job opportunities in your vicinity
  3. Craft a compelling resume
  4. Prepare for job interviews
  5. Communicate confidently with potential employers

We have dedicated services for people experiencing long term unemployment, mature job seekers, young job seekers, and those transitioning from school.

For Indigenous Australians or individuals from culturally diverse communities seeking their next job, we have specialised support available.

No matter your situation, we are committed to helping you succeed in your job search.
