We understand the challenges of finding a job or returning to work, regardless of your age, location, culture, or background.

At CoAct Connect, we take the time to listen to your story, understand your circumstances, and tailor our job seeker programs specifically for you. Our programs include:

• Inclusive Employment Australia
• Workforce Australia
• Workforce Australia – Transition to Work

Our programs offer various types of assistance based on your individual requirements, and they all include the following steps to help you:

1. Enhance your job-searching skills
2. Find job opportunities in your area
3. Craft a compelling resume
4. Prepare for job interviews
5. Communicate confidently with potential employers

We have dedicated services for people with Autism, young job seekers, people with MS and other neurological conditions.

For Indigenous Australians or individuals from culturally diverse communities seeking their next job, we have specialised support available.

No matter your situation, we are committed to helping you succeed in your job search.

Note: Inclusive Employment Australia will replace the Disability Employment Services program on 1 November 2025.

You may be eligible for support through Inclusive Employment Australia, if you:

• Have a disability, injury, or health condition – confirmed in a current Employment Services Assessment (ESAt).
• Can work less than 30 hours per week – now and in the future, even with support.
• Live in Australia – as a citizen, permanent resident, or eligible visa holder.
• Are the right age – at least 14 and younger than Age Pension age, and of legal working age in their state or territory.
• Are not studying full-time – unless Services Australia approved it at the time of referral.
• Have Inclusive Employment Australia recommended – in a current and valid ESAt.
• Are not already working above their employment benchmark – based on usual weekly hours.

You may be eligible for personalised support via Workforce Australia if you are:

• currently unemployed.
• someone who will benefit from more intensive assistance.
• on income support with mutual obligation requirements.
