Disability Employment Services (DES) can help you find and keep a job if you have a disability, illness or injury, including anxiety or depression.
People living with disability may be eligible for one of two different DES programs depending on their disability:
- DES – Employment Support Services is for people who have a permanent disability, illness or injury. It gives you long-term, regular ongoing support to find and keep a job.
- DES – Disability Management Services is for people who have a disability, illness or injury who need occasional support to find and keep a job.

- We’ll work with you to create a job plan and connect you with the right training and holistic support services.

- Connect to Campus, our online customer portal with loads of job search tools and resources
- As well as building your skills and confidence, we can help you access funding to get you job-ready.
- Once you’re in work, we’ll continue to support you to thrive.
