Mature age employment services
Mature age job seeker employment services
Mature age people throughout Australia who have not yet reached pension age may access support to find work through CoAct’s mature-age employment services. We believe in the power of a workforce that embraces people with diverse backgrounds, histories, and past experiences.
CoAct’s delivery of Australian Government programs such as Disability Employment Services (DES) and Workforce Australia, provides mature-age job seekers with specialist support to find work that suits their needs.
Mature age support through Disability Employment Services (DES)
CoAct Disability Employment Services can provide eligible mature-age job seekers living with disability, injury or illness with the support they need to prepare for, find, and keep a job.
Our team members are specially trained to work with mature age job seekers as they search for and apply for jobs, and to empower them to stay in work with post-employment support.
We can also facilitate workplace assessments, advise on appropriate workplace modifications, and give advice on accessing government financial support to implement them.
Workforce Australia for mature age job seekers
CoAct’s Workforce Australia program is delivered by an experienced team, passionate about connecting mature-age people around the country with sustainable employment through personalised support. We’re helping them get confident, skilled and ready to find jobs that genuinely align with where life has taken them. If you would like to transfer from Workforce Australia online (self-managing) to CoAct, please contact our team or contact the Digital Services Contact Centre for support in making the transfer.
