Transfer DES providers

1. Transfer from your current DES provider to CoAct

If you are unhappy with your current DES provider’s services, you can transfer to CoAct. We deliver Disability Employment Services across Australia – view our convenient DES locations.

Transferring to CoAct is easy, just follow these steps:

1. Call the National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260
2. Ask to be transferred to CoAct as your new Disability Employment Service provider
3. Accept your invitation to your first meeting with CoAct.

2. Transfer from Workforce Australia to Disability Employment Services (DES)

If you are a current Workforce Australia participant but could be eligible for Disability Employment Services, please contact our DES team on 1800 226 228. They will go through the eligibility checklist and discuss the process of transferring from Workforce Australia to the CoAct DES program.
