  • IMPACT Community Services has been a service partner of CoAct since 2002.
  • IMPACT Community Services / CoAct Connect deliver Workforce Australia across the Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast region of Queensland.  

Outside of their work with CoAct, IMPACT delivers a wide range of community services and social enterprises to Queensland communities. IMPACT Community Services was founded in 1978 and is known for its innovation and community-embeddedness, their services include training and employment, community health, NDIS and disability services, mental health support and family and individual support. Their social enterprises New Image Laundry and Material Recovery Facility provide impact-driving services to Bundaberg and Wide Bay-Burnett region.
