• IMPACT Community Services is proud to support local jobseekers and employers under the Australian Government’s new disability employment program, Inclusive Employment Australia.
• IMPACT Community Services / CoAct Connect deliver Workforce Australia across the Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast region of Queensland.  

Beyond its work with CoAct, IMPACT Community Services delivers a broad range of community services and social enterprises across Queensland. Established in 1978, IMPACT is recognised for its innovation and deep community connections. Its services span training and employment, community health, NDIS and disability services, mental health support, and family and individual assistance.

IMPACT also operates social enterprises including New Image Laundry and Containers for Change. The Material Recovery Facility (MRF) is a vital part of the region’s recycling network, processing household recyclables from Bundaberg Regional Council’s yellow‑lidded bins. Operated by IMPACT Community Services, the MRF doubles as an employment and training hub for NDIS‑supported employees, creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability.
