CoAct supports parents returning to work by providing job search support and connecting job seekers to flexible employers.

Returning to work after a break to prioritise raising a family can be as daunting as it is exhilarating. At CoAct, we support parents by helping them build the kind of confidence that can build real careers. We start with you, developing a tailored plan that works in tandem with family commitments, personal requirements and employment goals.

We’ve built efficient working relationships with local employers, so we understand their job vacancies and the skills and attributes that would be the best fit. This puts us in the best possible position to help parents comfortably and successfully return to work.
