Culturally and linguistically diverse

We can connect you with the skills and training you need to find secure employment within Australia.

Employment services for culturally and linguistically diverse job seekers

CoAct recognises the challenges people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities (CALD) can face and is committed to supporting you in all areas of your job search.

We connect job seekers from culturally and linguistically diverse communities with the skills and training needed to find secure employment. Culturally and linguistically diverse (aka CALD) refers to people from other countries and ethnic and cultural groups. This includes people of non–English speaking backgrounds, and people born outside Australia, even if their first language is English.

We believe in the power of a workforce that embraces people with diverse backgrounds, histories, and past experiences, and CoAct’s Disability Employment Services (DES), Workforce Australia, and Workforce Australia – Transition to Work programs provide our customers with specialist support that’s actively helping them find work.
