At CoAct, we understand that GPs and allied health professionals handle a wide variety of tasks on behalf of your patients. So it’s important to have access to all the latest information, particularly when it comes to the support services available for people with disability or other barriers to finding and keeping a job. That’s where we can help.

We work behind the scenes to ensure a quality service while our local CoAct Service Partners are the experts in your community to provide you with the best services in your area.

 

CoAct consistently achieves outstanding individualised results in returning workers to their pre-injury roles, supporting displaced workers to find new jobs, and helping people identify suitable new careers. CoAct’s experienced team can provide you with expert advice to help individuals, including helping people to successfully

  • Navigate the workplace environment
  • Tap into workplace modification schemes
  • Mediate issues between employers and employees
  •  As well as any other factors that may influence your recommendations.

Eligibility

If a person:

  • Is unable to return to their pre-injury role
  • Needs assistance with workplace modification/functional assessment
  • Has disability, an injury or health condition that is impacting their ability to find employment
  • Has disability affecting their ability to maintain their current role

 

…then it’s likely they are eligible for the FREE Disability Employment Services we provide.

 

Further eligibility checks may be needed by the Department of Human Services, which we can facilitate upon intake.

Make a referral

Making a referral is easy. You can choose to refer an individual to us directly or with their consent call and chat to us about the best approach to help their situation.
