Specialist providers

Our national network of not-for-profit service partners works collaboratively with specialist providers across Australia to support job seekers into meaningful employment. CoAct Connect provides specialist employment services through Inclusive Employment Australia (previously Disability Employment Service – DES), Workforce Australia and Workforce Australia – Transition to Work. 

Inclusive Employment Australia

If your clients are living with disability, injury or illness (including anxiety or depression), they may be eligible for support via Inclusive Employment Australia.

Some of the specialist providers currently referring people to CoAct Connect include: 

• Mental health treatment and rehabilitation centres 
• Physical assessment providers 
• Training and RTOs 
• Counsellors 
• Community organisations 
• Housing organisations
• Community centres
• Local community groups and organisations 

Des offers specialist job search assistance and post-placement support to eligible job seekers.

• Have a disability, injury, or health condition – confirmed in a current Employment Services Assessment (ESAt).
• Can work less than 30 hours per week – now and in the future, even with support.
• Live in Australia – as a citizen, permanent resident, or eligible visa holder.
• Are the right age – at least 14 and younger than Age Pension age, and of legal working age in their state or territory.
• Are not studying full-time – unless Services Australia approved it at the time of referral.
• Have Inclusive Employment Australia recommended – in a current and valid ESAt.
• Are not already working above their employment benchmark – based on usual weekly hours.
