Our Service Delivery Model framework

Developing service delivery models that resonate with Government and achieve outcomes for customers

Pivotal to CoAct successful procurement track record has been the development of effective and sustainable service delivery models that meet the Government’s desired outcomes for the program.

Central to our approach is a human-centric philosophy. We collaborate intensively with our service partners to ensure our models are both innovative and effective. For every contract procurement cycle, there’s an 18-month collaborative phase during which we:

  • Pilot and test new ways of working aligned to procurement goals.
  • Identify and implement innovative strategies to address our customers’ specific needs.
  • Development of a sophisticated financial model that enables our partners to stress test the viability and sustainability of the model aligned to their procurement goals.
  • Harness diverse insights across partners, regions, and target groups, continuously improving our service blueprint.
  • Identify workforce roles, training, and development requirements.
  • Development of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy designed to allow our partners to hit the ground running once the new contract starts.

This collaborative design process, or “Co-Design,” fortifies CoAct and its service partners, positioning us at the forefront of procurement excellence.

Tender with confidence, deliver with passion

Our refined procurement strategy, combined with our holistic approach to Service Delivery Model design, equips our partners with not only a powerful tender submission but with a model that ensures ongoing sustainability and success.

Whether your organisation is venturing into Employment Services for the first time or aiming to expand its current reach, partnering with the CoAct network not only ensures you present a robust and persuasive tender, but it allows your organisation to do so at a substantially reduced cost compared to tendering independently.

We believe in the incredible power of connection

For over 25 years, CoAct has been at the forefront of empowering individuals to connect with life-changing opportunities through employment.

Catherine Cairns, former CEO, Interact
"When there are elements of a contract that aren’t working or there’s been changes made to a contract, it’s really good to be in an environment where you’re able to access different thoughts and other experiences. To come together to resolve issues and step forward to make a more productive and successful delivery for our customers."
Leonie Carlile, Group CEO, The BUSY Group
"CoAct were proactive in sourcing two senior leaders for our organisation. The team were easy to work with, took the time to understand our requirements, and delivered results. They were  timely, responsive and understood not only our business needs, but the type of individuals best suited to our culture and environment. CoAct’s extensive knowledge of the employment services market and rigorous recruitment process ensured we received exceptional service and secured two fantastic employees. I would highly recommend CoAct’s recruitment service to other organisations."
Tom Mangan, General Manager – Workforce Solutions, Community Solutions Group
"We call it thinking global and acting local. We get to leverage the national footprint of wonderful service partners, share best practice, evaluations of the outcomes we deliver and be part of a broad conversation that smaller non-profits wouldn’t get to engage in because of their size."
Ben Vasiliou, CEO, Youth Projects
"As a CEO, it gives a network of peers that I otherwise wouldn’t have, that’s very helpful when dealing with unique challenges - or sometimes not so unique!"
Leonie Carlile, Group CEO, The BUSY Group
