Join CoAct: Business insights and analytics

We live and breathe data and the stories it tells.

Driving performance improvement, maximising revenue

Up to date, accurate data that tells a story is essential to understanding the opportunities and threats that influence your decision making and strategy direction.

Depending on the insights you’re looking for, the department’s reporting dashboard is limited. Real-time data presented how you want it enables you to proactively address issues before they snowball and capitalise on areas of opportunity – driving both performance and cost efficiencies. The time, cost and expertise required to design and build a suite of sophisticated reporting cannot be understated.

Service partners of CoAct access leading-edge data and analytics. Built by a team of employment services experts who know and understand the data results in reporting for partners that drives performance and identifies areas of opportunity. Our technology stack enables almost real-time reporting for partners.

Coupled with the ability to benchmark your own results against other partners, the CoAct suite of data and analytics is world-class. It is a feature our membership which was identified as one of the key benefits for joining the CoAct network.

Our Business Intelligence Analytics team members all have backgrounds in employment services.

They understand the key metrics that are most beneficial to driving performance and revenue while keeping security and compliance the highest priority. Our team has built a bespoke technology solution for our partners that allows them to benchmark and compare a wide range of performance measures, while also enabling efficiency and improved productivity throughout the lifecycle of each customer on their job search journey.

Improve contract performance, reduce overheads, and increase revenue with:

  • a turnkey reporting system enabling you to hit the ground running
  • a team with industry experience and technical knowledge
  • sophisticated reporting
  • curated data ensuring reports are efficient and fast
  • maximum security, department-compliant data management
  • integrated data and CRM

Getting data storage and organisation right: Reduce costs, inefficiencies and security risk

The data available through the department’s Employment Services Reporting (ESR) is extensive and contains large amounts of customer-sensitive information – it’s a hacker’s playground. It also means the data is cumbersome – frustratingly slow to load, expensive to store, and much of which is unnecessary to keep in the first place.

It’s all in the API – built by experts with real industry experience

Still in the world of manual data? We understand the pressure, inefficiencies and security risks of downloading daily ESR reports, manipulating the huge amounts of raw data, plus interpreting then disseminating it. If you’ve got automated or semi-automated reporting but it’s slow, unreliable or not fit for purpose, we’ve got your back, too. No matter where you’re at with reporting, we can help optimise your processes and get you the insights that matter with an API build or existing API integration.
