CoAct's 2022-2023 WGEA statement
We openly recognise the issue of the gender pay gap and are committed to continuing to address it by regularly reviewing pay, being clear about how they pay, and offering equal chances for career growth. CoAct is also providing education and support to ensure fair decisions.
Our WGEA report emphasises our commitment to diversity and reducing gender gaps. Notably, CoAct’s total remuneration gender pay gap is at -5.7%, which exceeds than the industry average of 23%.
CoAct is actively working on creating a more balanced workforce. Through focused efforts, we have successfully enhanced the representation of both men and women in various roles, creating a more inclusive and equitable work environment. Our commitment to diversity extends beyond this achievement, as we persistently pursue ongoing recruitment, training, and internal promotions that foster a gender-diverse workforce.
