Quality management certification provides an independent assessment of CoAct’s business processes and controls, as well as providing for opportunities for continuous improvement.

CoAct certification

CoAct retains a variety of certifications across both the key aspects of our business activities and our governance framework provides an independent assessment of CoAct’s business processes and controls, as well as providing for opportunities for continuous improvement.

National Standard for Disability Services (NSDS)

CoAct has held NSDS certification since 2011. This certification supports the delivery of our Disability Employment Services program in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and TAS. The certification continues to be maintained annually.

International Standards: Quality and Information Security Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 27001)

Our Integrated systems demonstrate the capability of CoAct to continuously provide services that meets customer, funder and legislative requirements. CoAct obtained Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) certification in 2016 and obtained Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001) certification in 2021.  These standards are internationally recognised and designed to support any and all types of business. These certifications continue to be maintained annually.

Quality Assurance Framework (QAF)

The Quality Assurance Framework was designed by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to support the delivery of the Workforce Australia program. CoAct was one of the first providers to undergo the QAF pilot in 2014 and we have maintained certification across all our sites in QLD and NSW for jobactive, now Workforce Australia programs.
