Message from Simon Brown, CoAct CEO
CoAct is as great place to work. Our down to earth, engaging culture defines us and our company values are part of our DNA. And the way I know that is our staff tell us that, our engagement scores significantly exceed Australian benchmarks! But more than a statistic, I believe you can measure engagement by the discretionary effort our staff bring to their roles, and its significant.
Many of our staff have lived experience or have family members that have experienced disadvantage, and so its not just a job, they are passionate about making a difference, and they bring their ‘all’ to their role!
We trust our staff, and so we provide flexible working arrangements. We also provide our staff 13 additional days leave. Our staff ‘stay’, we promote from within, and importantly we focus on diversity and inclusion. Our most recent data showed that we have 12.8% of our staff that identify as having a disability, 16.8% as PWD & Lived experience, 6.93% as First Nations, 45.5% having child caring responsibilities, 19.8% identify as from the LGBTQIA+ community and 4.95% of staff identify as having adult caregiving responsibilities.
If you want to join an organisation where you feel that you ‘belong’ and want to be part of something that is focussed on having an impact in the lives of people in need: CoAct is the place for you!
