Wayne serves up a recipe for success

How would you manage a history of mental illness, a recent ASD diagnosis and following your passion as a chef? With a little help from his co-pilots CoAct, Wayne is flourishing in his new job!

22 year-old Wayne has always loved food. “Just something about it, it seems so enticing… so invigorating”, he says.  But with a history of mental illness and a recent ASD’s diagnosis, he faced some challenges following his passion as a chef.

For Wayne, the recipe for success started with working with our CoAct Service Partner team, who provided him with dedicated assistance tailored to his unique needs as a job seeker.
