IMPACT Community Services is dedicated to offering a comprehensive array of support, training, and employment programs tailored to empower individuals to Live, Grow and Prosper and thrive in the future. Recognising the unique needs and aspirations of each person, we provide personalised support to help everyone achieve their goals.

IMPACT Community Services is proud to support local job seekers and employers under the Australian Government’s new disability employment program, Inclusive Employment Australia, commencing 1 November 2025.

As part of the national CoAct network, IMPACT Community Services deliver tailored, person-centred employment services for people with disability, injury or health conditions – to create meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes in the Gladstone and Fraser Coast communities.

Replacing the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program, Inclusive Employment Australia represents a shift toward a more personalised, community-focused approach championing choice and control for jobseekers and enhancing engagement with local employers to drive inclusive hiring practices.

As Australia’s leading network of not-for-profit community service providers, CoAct was awarded delivery of the Inclusive Employment Australia contract nationally, ensuring consistent, community-driven employment support across Australia with CoAct’s broad national reach.
