Customer Advisory Committee Member (DES) – Casual, Remote

The Customer Advisory Committee Member helps make CoAct’s Disability Employment Services (DES) better. They make sure different people’s voices are heard when making decisions about policies and services.

Job Description

About the role:

  • Meetings: Monthly meetings lasting 3-4 hours each as part of our co-design process (must have own device to connect).
  • Benefits: Contribute to improved outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
  • Pay Rate: $30 per hour (plus salary packaging).
  • Contract: Casual.
  • Location: Remote.
  • Qualification: No special qualifications needed, but your own experiences are important.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Individuals with familiarity Disability Employment Services and/or lived experience of Disability.
  • Passion for inclusivity, diversity, and human rights principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in groups or committees.
  • Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings.
