Business Partner – Service Partner Performance, Full time – Brisbane, QLD

As a Business Partner – Performance, you’ll collaborate closely with service providers at the crossroads of strategy, data, and innovation. This dynamic role empowers you to drive excellence, enhance outcomes, and shape the future of service delivery.

What You’ll Do

In this highly consultative role, you’ll collaborate closely with our National Employment Services Manager and Service Partners to turn data into action. You’ll build strong relationships and provide tailored, strategic support that’s customised to each partner’s needs.

Your expertise will foster continuous improvement, helping service providers deliver their best while keeping an eye on the big picture. You’ll also be part of a forward-thinking team that’s always pushing for innovative solutions!

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Turning data into meaningful, results-driven strategies that improve performance.
  • Being the go-to subject matter expert for service partners, understanding their business and guiding them toward success.
  • Regularly review performance results with service partners, providing actionable strategies to improve outcomes and ensure compliance with CoAct’s Service Delivery Model.
  • Leading and participating in exciting projects, hosting community events, and attending industry happenings that support CoAct’s mission.
  • Running regular Business Partner sessions that encourage collaboration and best practices.

Roles that might be able to fulfill the functions of this position with the right knowledge, personality, and approach to helping our partners improve revenue and performance include Performance Managers, Regional Managers, Claims or Compliance Experts, or Business Analysts with extensive contract experience or subject matter expertise.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in employment services leadership roles, with strengths in strategy and performance.
  • A proven experience of working in consultative, collaborative settings.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Familiarity with the Disability Employment Services sector, Workforce Australia, or other Commonwealth Employment contracts.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (JobReady is a plus!), data tools (MODE is highly regarded), and other key technology platforms.
  • A solid understanding of Australian Government programs, contracts, and regulations related to Employment Services.
