Important: Download your Campus documents before 1 November

As part of the national transition from Disability Employment Services (DES) to Inclusive Employment Australia on 1 November 2025, some job seekers will no longer continue with CoAct.

If this applies to you, please be aware that your access to the CoAct Campus online portal will end from 1 November 2025. After this date, you won’t be able to log in or retrieve any of your documents.

What you need to do

Before 1 November, log in to Campus and download any files you’d like to keep — such as your:

• Resume

• Cover letter

• Work Life Plan

• Work Personality Assessment

These documents can be useful for future job applications or sharing with your new provider under the Inclusive Employment Services program.

How to download your files

1. Go to campus.coact.org.au

2. Log in using your Campus email and password

3. Navigate to the module where your document is stored (e.g. Resume, Cover Letter, Work Personality Assessment, or Work Life Plan)

4. Click the download icon next to the file(s) you’d like to keep
