What is the Career Action Plan (CAP)?

The Career Action Plan (CAP) is your personalised roadmap to work, created and updated by your consultant in Campus.

In this video, you’ll learn:

• What the CAP is and how it supports your journey
• How goals and actions are set and tracked
• What you can see in your CAP on Campus
• How it helps you and your consultant stay focused on the right next steps

Your Career Action Plan gives you one place to view your goals, track progress, and see the support you’re working on together with your consultant.
