Change of Auditor – Job Futures Ltd (trading as CoAct)

Company members are advised that on 30 July 2026 ASIC gave consent for PKF Brisbane Audit (ABN 33 873 151 348) to resign as the auditor of the company. That resignation, in order to facilitate a restructure of the auditor’s business ownership, was effective 30 July 2026.

The company’s board has appointed PKF Brisbane Audit Pty Ltd (ABN 26 694 791 207) as the company’s replacement auditor. It has changed its name to Horizon Nexus (QLD) Audit Pty Ltd.
