Our 8-week program is customised to assist people over 45 to transition back into the workforce, whether that be in a new career pathway or refocussing their job search to align with opportunities available in the local labour market.

Reshaping your career: The Career Transition Assistance Program

Our 8-week program is designed to help job seekers over 45 to:

 

• Develop career goals aligned with life experience and skills

• Practise and enhance job interview skills

• Learn to identify and articulate transferrable skills

• Learn to navigate the modern application process

• Enhance digital literacy skills required for the modern workplace

• Learn how to construct a customised digital professional profile, resume and cover letter

• Receive a comprehensive career pathway plan tailored to you

 

Plus, receive accredited first aid training and have the opportunity to build quality connections with employers in your local area.

Job seekers: How to enrol

To participate in our 8-week intensive program, you must be aged 45 years or over, and registered with a jobactive provider in one of the following regions:

Bendigo (VIC), Capital Region (ACT), Goulburn-Murray (VIC), Illawarra South Coast (NSW), Mid North Coast (NSW), Murray Riverina (NSW).
