These help users understand themselves better and learn proven psychological strategies taught by doctors and psychologists. myCompass can recommend learning activities and lifestyle tracking areas that are tailored to you.

What’s the commitment?
Ideally, you’ll need to commit to the program for a minimum of 7 weeks. Each online learning activity is made up of three 15-minute sessions that you complete at a time that works for you.
