Quality management
Quality Management certification across both the key aspects of our business activities and our governance framework provides an independent assessment of CoAct’s business processes and controls, as well as providing for opportunities for continuous improvement.
ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems
CoAct obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certification in 2016 and continues to maintain this annually. CoAct chose ISO 9001 as it is an internationally recognised standard that is designed to support any and all types of business.

National Standard for Disability Services (NSDS)
CoAct has held NSDS certification since 2011. This certification supports the delivery of our Disability Employment Services program in the states listed above. The certification continues to be maintained annually.
Quality Assurance Framework (QAF)
The Quality Assurance Framework, was designed by the Department of Jobs and Small Businesses to support the delivery of the jobactive program. CoAct was one of the first providers to undergo the QAF pilot in 2014 and has maintained certification across all our jobactive sites. The certification is maintained biennially.
